How we work
Selection first. The coating is chosen from the site’s corrosivity category, the equipment and whether it can be baked — not from what one plant happens to run. Where a thinner or cheaper option is enough, we say so.
Partner lines. Coating is applied on partner lines in South China, chosen for each job by tank size, oven size and coating system.
Records with every batch. Every step produces a record, and the batch report travels with the goods.
Our coating systems
The four PG systems are identified by code rather than supplier brand. The code stays the same if the underlying product changes, and every published figure states the standard it was tested to.

Technical pages on this site are reviewed by the Pelagard technical team — the engineers responsible for coating selection, application and quality control — and show the date of the last review.
