OEM Contract Coating for Coil Manufacturers

What we can process

How contract coating runs

New customers start with a first article: one or a few coils coated to the agreed specification and checked for film thickness, coverage and fin bridging. Once you sign off, production batches follow the same specification, and every batch is recorded — coating batch number and mix, cure temperature and time, film thickness readings and photos.

Waterborne and solvent-based systems are never run in the same dip tank, so the line is set up for the system on your specification before production starts.
