Transit time depends on the destination and the schedule, and is confirmed with each quote.
The Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coasts combine humid heat with salt air, and hurricanes drive spray far inland. The Pacific coast carries salt on onshore winds. Rooftop condensers and chillers near the shore corrode like any coastal equipment.
Much North American HVAC equipment is bought locally, often with a factory coating option. Our role is mainly twofold: coating coils and units that are sourced from China before they ship, and supplying coating systems to applicators and OEM lines in the region.
Coating materials ship with their safety data sheets and technical data sheets. Coated equipment ships with the batch QC report and warranty certificate.

Where coils or units are sourced from China, they can be coated before shipment. For equipment bought locally, applicators and OEM lines can buy the PG coating systems directly.
It depends on the manufacturer. Ask in writing before ordering and share the coating system, film thickness and heat-transfer data.
