Application of Customer-Specified Coatings

What we can process
What we review before quoting
- Cure — whether the coating’s cure temperature and time fit the partner line and oven size.
- Chemistry — waterborne or solvent-based, and whether it can be sprayed.
- Transport and storage — shipping class, shelf life and storage temperature.
- Trial — whether a trial part is needed before production.
Who is responsible for what
We are responsible for application quality: film thickness, coverage, cure and appearance, recorded batch by batch. The coating’s own performance — corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, service life — remains the responsibility of its manufacturer. This boundary is written into the quote and the warranty certificate.

Coating options
Selected by site corrosivity. Salt-spray hours from different standards are not compared across systems.
| System | Film thickness | Cure | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PG-S1 Waterborne polysiloxane (sol-gel) | 5–15 μm | Thermal or ambient | New coils before shipment, OEM dip lines |
| PG-S2 Polysiloxane-urethane clearcoat | 5–10 μm | 160 °C / 60 min | Aluminium radiators, bakeable heat exchangers |
| PG-W Waterborne two-component | 5–10 g/m² per side | 80 °C touch-dry | Coil lines, mild coastal and humid sites |
| PG-C Air-dry two-component, chemical-resistant | 20–40 μm | Ambient 72 h | Complete units, chemical and wastewater sites |
What do you need from us?
The coating's TDS and SDS, the coating itself or the approved purchasing channel, and the film thickness and tests your specification requires.
Can you apply any brand?
Some coating brands only allow application by their own certified applicators. We apply your specified coating system where its manufacturer permits it and say so at the review stage.
Is it dipped or sprayed?
Sprayed by default. Dipping needs a tank filled with that coating, which makes sense only when the volume justifies it.
Tell us the equipment, the site and the destination port. We reply within 24 hours.
