Pre-Shipment Coil Coating in China

coated coils lifted from the dip tank

What we can process

Loose coils and complete units are handled differently

Loose coils go through the full line: degreasing, rinse, dip or spray coating, and an oven cure logged against the coating specification.

Complete outdoor units cannot go into a curing oven — they carry controls, sensors and a compressor. They are either coated with an air-dry system after the electrical parts are masked, or the coil is removed, coated and cured on its own, then refitted and function-checked before packing.

Which route applies is decided at the specification stage, from the equipment list you send with the enquiry.

Coating options

Selected by site corrosivity. Salt-spray hours from different standards are not compared across systems.

Do the units need to be opened for coating?

Coils sourced separately are coated directly. Finished outdoor units are partly disassembled so the coil can be dip or spray coated, then reassembled and function-checked.

Who arranges transport to the coating line?

We coordinate pickup from your supplier’s factory to the partner line and delivery to the loading port.

Does coating affect the OEM warranty?

It depends on the manufacturer. We supply film-thickness and heat-transfer data you can share with the OEM before the order.

Can I witness the first article?

Yes. You can attend in person, send a third-party inspector, or approve from photo and thickness records.
