What the lines do
- Dip coating of loose coils in dedicated tanks, with controlled withdrawal and drain-off.
- Spray coating in booths for large coils, complete units and thicker films.
- Flood coating for parts where dipping is not practical.
- Curing ovens with the cure temperature and time recorded per batch.
- Masking and reassembly areas for complete outdoor units.
- QC stations for film thickness, coverage and adhesion checks.
- A laboratory for sample tests on every batch and for longer weathering and chemical resistance tests.
Where they are
The partner lines are in South China, near the HVAC manufacturing clusters, so equipment can be collected from the supplier factory, coated and delivered to the port without long inland transport.
