How the specification is built

The coating system and application method come from the same rules as the coating selector. Film thickness, cure and substrates are taken from the PG system data. QC checks and batch documents follow our 14-step coating process, where every step leaves a record.

Using it in a tender

Replace “PG-S1” (or the recommended system) with “PG-S1 or approved equal” if the tender must stay open to other suppliers, and keep the film thickness range, cure record and QC checks — those are what make coatings comparable.
